you need to provide more details than "av out not working on pmp400" if you want some advice here. I am guessing that you didn't configure it correctly for AV out.
If it really doesn't work, there is nothing we can do either.
hi i've install lastest firmware but still having same problem. I'm trying to watch a film from my pmp400 on my tv by connecting av leads but not getting a signal can u guys help cheers rhw
